has anyone turbo'd a 3.0? i wanna put one in but am lost on what turbo would be the best for the engine and what would all be needed for the install...theres a few sites that say the mitsu TD05H 16G from turbochargers.com would be good but im lost when it comes to this, any help greatly appreciated, thanks luke

I did quite a bit of research and flow chart comparisons before I turbo'd my 3.0, and it's true that the 16g is probably the best fit for the 3.0. It is able to reach full boost around 2300rpm and holds it through redline with no problem. You'll need new injectors, fuel pump, fuel management, and all the little stuff found in turbo cars. An intercooler and bov are also good ideas. Unless you can find a decent kit out there, it's basically just a lot of custom fabrication.
