My dad just gave me two of his BOV from his bimmer 850i, they are black bosch ones, he had them set up to his supercharges, and i dont think they blew or crack..i got two of em anyways..

well does anyone have a picture so i can see the setup of these BOV..

i have an 89 turbo spirit..2.5

well could i install it without an intercooler?

you can install the BOV even without an intercooler, what you do is make a flange if they are a flange style BOV, if not then make a sleeve, and use that. the bov even without intercooler will help with turbo preservation, and will make some form of noise. any other questions gimme a shout, i'll answer em if i can...........

they are the bosch ones, nothin big, i was thinkin to put two of em, so i can run higher psi, im gussing that it can handle up to 15psi....but wit two, i can maybe handle 30 psi...or am i just talkin shit?

lets look at this boost problem......air is like water

kinda sorta.......

if you have a coffee can and want to fill it with water to a certain height..aka boost...and lets say halfway full can is 15 pounds boost....full can is 30 pounds boost....

......say half way....you poke a hole in the side of the can at the halfway mark....bov.......water only will fill 1/2 of can.....or 15 pounds boost.....

by poking more holes in the side of the can at the halfway mark..the water wont go higher...it will just drain faster......
