if you have a coffee can and want to fill it with water to a certain height..aka boost...and lets say halfway full can is 15 pounds boost....full can is 30 pounds boost....
......say half way....you poke a hole in the side of the can at the halfway mark....bov.......water only will fill 1/2 of can.....or 15 pounds boost.....
by poking more holes in the side of the can at the halfway mark..the water wont go higher...it will just drain faster......
