welcome to the board

few initial questions to get started...

1. what motor is in there originally... if its a V6 contact fkatzenb (Frank) as he is building a turbo v6. if its a 4 banger non turbo, swap in a turbo motor. if its a turbo already, its most likely a 2.5l T1 with a mitsu turbo thats too small. go to http://www.***************/site/index.php?page=Tech and download the [Turbo Sizing Calculator NEW & Updated!!!!]. this will help you size many different turbos to any engine.

2. go to www.thedodgegarage.com and read the "turbo database" as well as the other cool stuff thats on there.

3. what transmission do you have in the car. this is important. determines how much extra work you need to do.

good luck

After modifying my turbo car for more performance, I would highly suggest that you start with a turbo car. It will most likly be much cheaper and easier in the longrun.
