I am considering getting one but I don't know too much about turbos. Just want to hear your opinions on this turbo.

2.2: Good for drag strip
2.5: Good for drag strip and street

In both applications your cylinder head and supporting mods will play a big roll. Most people here stick with a stage.2 wheel, the eBay turbo is a stage.3. And the standard T3/T4 footprint will not bolt up to the Chrysler flange.

If the seller didn't have 18 negative feedbacks and I was familiar with the manufacturer of the turbo, I'd say go for it. The same turbo from a reputable company such as Turbonetics/Precision/Innovative Turbo will cost roughly $200-400 more.

Good luck!

if it were water cooled it would be a great choice, except the stage3 wheel.
i'd rather buy a stage 2 one

Assuming that seller is reputable (he does have a bit more than the normal amount of negative feedback), the final $320 sales price on that turbo is a steal.

they have been goig for $350-400. I've been watching them for a while. I'm not scared of the big 57t with stg III, I junst don't feel like changing the flange right now, and SV issues

i can get my manifold flange to a standard t3 one, so this would be no problem. i'm just a bit unsure about the stage3 wheel, because on garys site i read that it's lagcity und just slowly building up boost!

i really like to go t3/t04e but i still have no clue wether .48 a/r turbine housing or .63 a/r with stage2 or stage3 wheel.
i'm worrying about full boost.....at 3000 rpm??

i'd have to agree with biz on that one, i'd rather spend the extra few hundred and be confident in a turbo more fit for our cars and also get the warranty.
