I'm sping my wheels from a roll in 1st gear doing only 10 PSI in my Daytona Shelby, not even stock 12 PSI!

About the 3" exhaust going over the rear axle, why don't you just do a side exit exhaust? I'm doing it on my Daytona, plus you can hear the turbo spool like crazy.

I've never heard of that D-valve setup before, it sounds like an awesome idea though! I am currious why it would not work on a larger turbo or with a better intercooler. Would it help at all with a true super 60 turbo and a conquest intercooler? If it would not please explain why.

The D-valve will work on anything, even a VNT. It just makes a whole lot more of a difference on certain setups than on others.

In your case, it'd probably help out low RPM drivability quite a bit.

is that a 5 speed?

In my 'Van, 5 speed 523 (minivan gears remember) if I'm going about 10mph and I floor it, at about 15 the wheel(s) break free, but only a tiny bit. Should there be more? (i'm running 10lbs boost.)

You have to take people's claims of "I can spin my wheels rolling from XXmph in X gear!" with a grain of salt.

My definition of spin my wheels rolling means I'm already in that gear, and I floor it, and I'm going straight ahead, and both front wheels spin.

Another person's definition is they're rolling along, push the clutch in, floor it, and dump the clutch and get a little squeak while they're going around a turn on a sandy road.

My (at the time) mid-13sec/100mph (240ish whp) Spirit R/T would spin both fronts from about 40-50 in second gear on somewhat dry not too sticky 205-60-15s.

Others will claim that their stock T1 at 9psi will spin them through 3rd gear - I'm thinking they must be using spare tire donuts on the front and driving on a frozen lake.

Your van sounds like it's fine.

That got me laughing.

Thanks. Maybe I did get my timing right after all
