actually 87 T1 Manifolds I've seen in the yards were notched. I assume to use common parts between the T1 and the T2 ShelbyZ. Just a note.

I ordered TU's T1 inlet adapter for my car, nice piece good tapered intake.

I had to enlarge the holes about 1/16" or less, must be a stack tolerance or something.

Definatly a nicely machined piece.

I was quite impressed with the billet TU inlet adapter as well. When you first buy it you are thinking ''man 75 bucks!'' but when you get it you are like ''Holy crap this thing is worth every penny!''. It's a work of art I tell you.

I just stuck with the 90 degree fitting that came with the turbo originally, rounded out the inside of the bend (and plugged up the EGR at the same time) with some quicksteel puddy. Works like a champ, didn't cost me anything to do.
