I don't get full boost until 3800 r.p.m or so. It is hard to tell exactly when. I have to keep my eye on the road when it hits!

I get boost at just about any RPM at WOT, full boost (12-13psi) as I'm crossing 2,000rpm (RPM doesn't stay still long at full boost). I'll be running 23psi soon, so we'll see where that comes on at soon.
Oh, and it's a 2.5L with a Garrett from an '85 T1, 2.5" downpipe/2.5" system, no cat, straight thru muffler. Small NPR intercooler with 2" hoses..
