swingvalve bolts...how many?

ok, i have to remove the swingvalve/exhaust flange on my '85 lebaron, my damed o2 sensor is rust welded in there something fierce, but i dont have the time to take off the head. so how many bolts does it have connecting it to the turbo?

5, you have to go in through the swing valve to get one of them. the one inside was really loose for me, not sure about others.

There are 5 bolts, 4 around the outside and one bolt up inside the swingvalve. Big warning here... I would not remove the swingvalve unless its off the car and your ready to extract some sheared off bolts. You'll need to be very very VERY lucky to not break these bolts off... I've never seen it done (mind you, I haven't done it 50 times either).

Your best bet is to take it to a shop and use a torch to heat the 02 sensor up and remove it properly. Trying to take the SV off on the car is silly in my mind... you can cause way more troubles than you already have.

5 bolts. 4 on the outside and 1 on the inside. You'll have to take the downpipe off to get at the inside one and don't forget to unhook your wastgate actuator rod from swingvalve actuator too.

EDIT: Damn, I type slow, 3rd response of same stuff...
