it's almost three degree's outside ! so before I go diggin around in my car can somone maybe throw me some idea's...

I have no blow off valve yet when I shift it sounds like I do car is a 87 csx with a 2.5 exhaust and high flow cat and k&n panel filter....when it boosts it doesn't go above 7 psi...in 3rd gear on the highway at 4500ish it SLOWLY creeps up to 12 psi but will not hold.

the wasgate can and arm both work too btw any suggestions would be great )

Have you checked all the connections in your IC plumbing? I had a clamp loosen on me a bit once and it caused a slight fluttering sound between shifts until it blew the hose right off.
