I think a turbo wiring harness for starts. I know the exhaust valves need to be replaced w/ turbo valves because of their higher nickel content. non turbo exhaust valves will burn up within months. You will need turbo manifolds, turbo injectors, turbo logic module & of coarse a turbo. A turbo parts car might be the best/cheapest way if you don't have the parts. I think I remember a section on this on the dodge garage. That's all I can think of right now.
