Ok, I would like to know how much power can be gained from adding boost. I was thinking of going with a stage 2 cali from FWD performance, how mch you think that will bump me up? Im running a 2.5" exhaust w/ high flow cat and flowmaster 40 series. Also Ngk Vpower plugs and mopar perofrmance plug wires. Just would like an idea on buying this calibration.

Before I answer your question, I'd like to comment on your setup. The Flowmaster mufflers suck, ditch that thing if you can. If you cant, try and buy a Dynomax, they flow the best.

By adding the Stage 2 cali. you could pick up close to 6/10. Maybe around 40-50hp is my guess. I personally dont like FWD P. comps. because their Stage 3 didnt work too well in our van, so I try to lean more towards turbos unleashed's computers...they are atleast customized and I havent heard any negative feedback from them.

general rule of thumb is 7hp per lb of boost
vnt's dont like to run a ton of boost but 14psi should be safe
