I just recently bought a 87 dodge 600 with the 2.2l turbo and i want to know whare is a good place to start for upgrades? Im going to be putting in a a555 tranny soon and more than likely putting in an intercooler. As it sits now its a stock car, any help is appreciated.

Probably a K&N in the stock air box. Tune up, and a grainger valve to up the boost a little bit.

You could swap to a blow through intake. If you wanted to you could switch to a bathtub head and an 88 roller cam. Just some ideas.

The log intake is a big honking hunk of aluminum. It is fed directly from the turbo. http://www.thedodgegarage.com/turbo_intake.html the top one is a log. A bathtub head has raised ports and a bigger chamber than the later fast burn heads. I would advise that you go over to http://www.thedodgegarage.com/ and read the turbo database. I hope this helps.
