88 t2 daytona thats building to much boost, hitting cut-out. Car has bigger valves, 2.5 exh, and bigger t.b. Want to keep boost under 14.7 for right now. any suggestions? thanks

And yah a boost controller would do it.

Or the fact that a vacuum leak to the wastgate actuator could cause this problem too.

I dont have any of the restrictions in the lines either. I have heard this can bring issues.
