Ok, I can get a used turbo is vary good condition but all the fittings are broken off flush with the turbo . how car I get the out?

You could try an extractor. They have some for different sized pipe.

I broke off the coolant fitting on my mitsu, tried extractor, didn't work, had to drill out and re-thread.
Make sure you clean out all the metal fillings.
