Compressor outlet temperature

As it is said that a larger wheel in a T3 compressor housing causes troublesome high discharge temps, does it then follow that a Super 60's discharge temps will be higher than a compressor with a stock wheel?

its reall all about how well the compressor matches the rest of the setup. usually a larger wheel will help keep efficiencies up which means lower temps, but it also wants to flow more and so will cross the surge line easier.

So, would that mean that a Super 60 compressor pumps out air at a lower temp than a stock T3 at the same boost?

it would depend alot on the engine setup, but yeah it would probably put out slightly colder air comparatively.
