Turbo problem

I have a 92 dodge shadow 2.5 turbo 5 speed all stock, i just replaced the engine due to piston #1 cracking, anyhow i replaced the exhaust mainfold turbo from my old engine onto the new one and i probably mixed up the vacuum lines somewhere because now my turbo doesn't want to spool up at all i hear is a loud hissing followed by a roar and no boost. Can anyone point out what the problem can be, i check the fins on the turbo and it spins free and the wastegate valve moves free as well.

found the problem was a check valve from the throttle body to vacuum line was missing replaced and away she goes.
