Chris (TU), was very nice and explained to me how to test the can. I will do that when I am able.

yes.
boost creep is most usually related to a weak MAP signal reaching the wastegate can, due to a leak in the line, or the can itself. run a new line to the wastegate can, make sure all connections are tight and leak-free.
The lines are newish silcone ones. The go from the wastegate to the g-valve to the TB nipple. I will check the connections.

But sometimes the said hole just cant flow enough... so you port it.

I had this problem on the k car when I first fired it up.... crept like crazy with the arm totally open. I ported the hole and the creeping stopped. no other changes.

I know you can overwhelm them, but from what he said, I don't think he was to that point yet.

I've ported turbo wastegates before...a twin turbo rx7 comes to mind...

gotcha. i dunno... it sounds like "hole too small" creep to me... that or the diaphram is torn or leaking a little. he could unhook the wastagate totally and open the arm the whole way with a spring and drive around... if the boost rises to cutout, he has creep. this is what my issue was. i wouldnt get boost till 3rd and 4th but it would crank the whole way up to 18psi lol.
