What year ? 88's and 89's run the pressure line over to the boost solenoid on the pass. inner fender. The solenoid is normally vented to the atmosphere, when it closes boost pressure is fed to the wategate diaphragm opening the wastegate and limiting boost. The plastic lines become very brittle especially behind the valve cover. Be vary careful or have some plastic tubing or hose handy. If you snap any it will probably be several !

You'll need to plug one of the vacuum nipples. The other you can run to either the factory wastegate solenoid, grainger valve, or electric boost control solenoid. Gotta have a way to regulate boost. If you just have it running from the turbo to the wastegate you will have little boost. Unplug it and you will have too much boost. Gotta have something in between there!
