since i hooked up the intake on the turbo and intercooler. i am only getting 10 hg at wot and my car is sloooowwww. is this couse of all the restriction from the crappy turbo?

if the car is also slow then i wouldnt think its just the gauge. look for a restriction before the turbo, like severely clogged air filter or collapsing hose, etc.

the turbo is a restriction seeing as how it dont spool so would that be it?

take the pipe from the turbo's compressor outlet off. Then run the car with just the throttlebody and a filter. Second, disconnect the wastegate actuator from the turbo. It's still going to be a huge exhaust restriction. But if you open it up as much as possible, it won't be an enimic performer.

even a small turbo will make some boost. it would take a VERY small turbo to keep the intake vacuum from going over 10 in hg.
and since it wont even reach 0 in hg at the intake, it shows a problem with the intake side of things, not exhaust.

ok. i am reverting back to my cold air intake for now. i am getting the rebuild kit btw wink i cant afford the turo right now. thanx for the offer though. if i ever get the money i will hit you up.

i have ordered the rebuild kit and when it gets here i am rebuilding and porting the turbo. is there a break in time for tthe rebuilt turbo. or is just put it on drive and go??

Just remember the "priming" of the turbo before you go nuts with it on the first startup.
