T2 Rods oiling hole question

Does anyone know the diameter of the hole that is drilled in the top of the T2 rod by TU or FWD that improves oiling of the small end? I've scored a set of rods and when they are reconditioned I want the shop to do this mod to the rods. I can guess but I don't want to guess wrong. Too large and I risk weaking the small end of the rod at the top. Too small and perhaps the oiling benefit is limited.
If I were to guess I'm thinking 1/8" or 3mm. But again that's just a guess.
