rebuilding shortblock (rod pin ?)

ok i put in a new piston and sandblasted the other three, and i put new rings and i am putting the rods back on the pistons(89 2.5 t1) and 1 of the rods dont flex as well as the rest. like the rod dont move one the wrist pin as well as the others. i used white lithiem grease ass. lube and i use STP oil additive for assemably of parts. what could cause this and will this be a problem?
