Depends on how much you know...

Pull head. experienced.. 1-2 hours... inexperienced 4-5 hours and you'll learn tons.

Drop the pan... 15 minutes no matter what.

Pull the piston OUT THE TOP 10 minutes. It could be cracked... so clean it and inspect it carefully.

Rings on 5 minutes... re-install 10 minutes (use a high quality lube on the rod bearings)

Re-install all again depands on your level of experience. I've pulled changed and reinstalled in 3 hours total. From previous posts, I see you've changed a head gasket.. So no matter what you should be able to do it in an afternoon.

Be sure to "orient" the rings properly on the piston and the valve reliefs to the rear of the block.

That's the easy part... Any chiltons manual will have the correct orientation pictured...

The piston you'll be doing will heve them on for you to look at.

Oli control ring first... Then bottom retainer and top retainer all in the same grove... work from the bottom up... If you have a piston, look at it.. it will all become clear.

The rings for #1 & 2 compression rings are specific... so make sure they are in right.

To install into the motor, Place rubber hoses over the rod bolts so they do not scratch the crank... Also do this when removing them. $10 ring compressor... crank it tight... Tap piston in lightly

I was WAY scared the 1st time I did this... it's actually pretty easy.
