Oil Pressure sending unit.

Well i discovered that I am leaking oil from my oil pressure sending unit! I didnt even think about that at first. Makes sense now though I guess.

Is this a common problem?

Yep. Leaking at the top, right? The rubber membrane inside breaks, and the sensor fills with oil. Around the top bolt is the only place it can come out.

Sure, although I've had horrible luck with aftermarket sensors. They've started indicating low pressure after a few months.
