I'd like to hear some opinions on the subject. Have any of you guys had FM build you up a shortblock? Were you happy with the results? I'm thinking of maybe going with them for a Enforcer III shortblock, except I don't think I want the aluminum rods. I was hoping they'd replace those with some chrom-moly pieces custom made. But anyway, are they good guys to talk to? Other option is have Gary D. build me one!

No, I live a few miles from their shop and stop by pretty regular. I've watched them put to together some engines, they use good pieces, keep everything clean, the machine shops they use a top notch and they know their stuff.
Hope this helps.
