Do you guys think that $700 for a motor that was rebuilt and has not seen oil is a good price? The engine was rebuilt about 4 months ago and has been sitting in the garage. He said it has not even seen oil yet. what do you guys think about this deal?

Thanks for the help in advance guys,
-Paul

Going to need a lot more info.

Who rebuilt it?

What brand of parts were used?

Was it bored over and if so how much over?
