have a 1987 shelby charger t-1 ....170 h.p. at crank......how many h.p at crank until she grenades???

im thinking 200 h.p. at crank is the last drop out of this set up...car has 104000 miles....but purrs..

car ran 86.88 mph @15.86 e.t.

wanted to get it in 14's and hit 90 mph....without blowing rods....etc.

I made 250 to the wheels with the same block..

Read up on these motors. They are stout. 170 is barely scratching the surface..

GLHS's came with the same exact bottom end your car has... Lightweight rods and all. They were also intercooled so I didn't have to swap the intakes.
