Take a look at the pics of a head I have. I believe it is a 1987 tubo head (stamped on the one side is: "F <Chrysler Symbol> B" "AS2U3"

Thanks guys.

I would say a swirl TI head? Since there is no picture of the #4 cyl end of the head I can not see if it has a TS stamp. It does seem to be a non common block head since it has the square tooth timming pully. Not a cross drilled TII head.

Hmmm..Gary D sez:

"Well the head has a flat slider cam and cross drilled head, so that mean's 87 TII engine (or at least 87 TII head)
"

Can you get a good picture between the cylinders? In the picture I can not see where it is cross drilled. I also can not see the cam to see if it is a slider or not. It does appear as I said to be an 88 or older head.

That sure looks like a roller cam to me, but it is kinda hard to tell from that angle.

Unfortunately its at my shop in another state (I go to Michigan twice a month). I'll take a few more shots of it then.

I think at this point though its been fairly well id'd by Gary D.

That is a slider cam, look how the lobes are wore. Waaaay to wide to be a roller.
