If I got my 2.5 block bored .040 over, and got the stock mahle .040 pistons from fwdperformance.com, what kind of horsepower or boost levels can i go up to?

That is really an open ended question, so many factors.

I recently ran 25 Pounds of boost on a stock replacement Mahle Pistions and ran 11.89 @ 110

Yes,
They are stock replacement cast MAHLEs .020 over sized because I had a cracked piston earlier this year.

Did I mention the Head is also completely stock??

Could you elaborate on your setup? I'd be very very happy with a time even a second over that on my daily driver.
