Kinda. You really should have a machine shop press them in. However, I have used an old intermediate shaft to install them. The outer one is easy. You just have to line up the oil hole, put the bushing on the shaft and GENTLY tap it into place. The inner one is a PAIN!!! doing this. You have nothing on the shaft to push against to get it ALL the way in, and lining up the oil drain holes is pretty difficult. I put some washers on the shaft (drilled out to the shaft ID) and used them to tap it in.
Embarassingly, I didn't get the holes lined up so I left the bushing in there and took a drill and re-drilled the holes. It's a straight shot from underneath the block.
Far from the right way to do it...
My recommendation. LET THE MACHINE SHOP DO IT!
