do i need a new crank ?

when taking off the crank spocket (where the timing belt rides) the little piece of metal broke that keys the sprocket on the crank. is this replaceable or do i need a whole new crank?

If you are referring to the "key" that fits in the "key-way", YES it is replaceable. Go to your local parts place. Or dealer

i work in a parts store, although its a pretty crappy one when it comes to engine parts. ill give a try looking for it. thanks
after checking for it ill call the dealer.
