cool. go to gus's page for the part numbers and explanation on how to build a grainger. it costs about 10$ to make from mcmaster-carr www.mcmaster.com and www.gusmahon.org. yeah the t25 is pretty small but i hear that it can make 18psi but i dunno for how long. id hit the junkyard for some extra injectors and napa for some pressure switches to make sure you can hit the psi you want and keep your egts at a reasonable level at wot on a long hard 4th or 5th gear pull. good luck and have fun!

hey well thanx for all the help man...........i done started getting the stuff to get the grainger put together....gus was really an expert at these turbo dodges.......*** bless him im sure hes missed....................anyways.....i know that he only ran 12 PSI on the t25 in his talon......the turbo only has about 45,000 miles on it.......he pulled it out and hes got a 16G on his Talon now......so id say it could pull 15 PSI for a while....and about the injectors......how big in cc's are the +20's?..........wont they be enough?..........but well id say having an extra 1 for insurance would be good though..........actually aint the t25 about the same as a VNT turbo?......ive heard it was......anyways man i seen an Aries just like yours today rear end a ford pickup truck at a redlight......it was some old man..........just thought i would add that.......

Dont bother with the T25. Not big enough and pain to make it fit. (I assume)

You can just use 2.2 pistons and NA 2.2 Crankshaft

I wouldn't bother with that t-25 either, you could get an exhaust manifold and a mitsu from someone who has'em laying around for a lot cheaper than a custom header and an external wastegate setup, and be confident with 15 psi (but not much, if any, higher)

As for your intake if it is black with an Air Charge Temp sensor it's originally T-II, if it's gray aluminum it's a t-I piece.

If you use the Stage 3 Cal you mentioned earlier you won't need the grainger or diode at all, and I was told the FWD cal's are more 2.5 friendly.

i made the header with a buddy of mine.......the t-25 is on the car and it works pretty good.......spools fast........
its got a wastegate and stuff..........the intake that i got is like a flat black in color........looks like a t-2 deal but i was told its a turbo 1.......im not 100% sure........come to think of it i think it does have the sensor though.........

so if i get the calibration i wont have to do the diode deal or the grainger?............also doesnt the computer control the boost in these cars?.......if they are more 2.5 friendly then will it hurt using it on a 2.2?

also there was 1 guy said to use a 2.2 NA crank and pistons what would be the use in that if the cars a turbo?.........and i already got a cast crank and mahl pistons?

TO blow up motors due to high compression. There are many on the board who type without knowing what they type...

i was just curious dude.......was not downing you........
sorry if it came out that way...........
anywho.........i got some mahl 2.2 pistons........
and the crank is stock cast crank i think.........the guy from the junkyard said it was a 1989 but im not sure.......looks like a common block to me cause its got all the extra webbing around the crank area........im not sure..........i originally had a 2.2 t1 from a glh omni but it turned out the block was no good anymore.....had some cracks in the water jacket.......
so i went and just bought that one cause it was just $50 for the whole long block....... the crank i just had it polished and balanced out.......

No prob guys, on the side of the block there are casting numbers. The last number will be the last two numbers of the year it was made. EG 89.
