I just got a rebuilt motor from dodge but has 30000kms on it and now smokes, haven,t done cylender pressure sheck yet but belive its rings, was wondering it i should throw new bearings in too, bottom end is suppose to be tight and a buddy of mine put new bearings in a 230000kms motor and they went after a year or so, i don,t want to throw away good bearings if there seated to crank and new ones will mess with stuff? what reccomendations on bearings.
