removing head studs for regular bolts

if i removed the heads studs on a block thats new basiclly only been torqued down.could i install new stock bolts in its place with no leaks.it seems like it would be ok but i want to make sure before i do it.

Yes, one at a time. Torque to the final torque before moving to the next (don't forget to oil the threads). Start from the center in a circular pattern and work outwards. Same as re-torquing a head. Make sure the motor is cold-room temp..
No new head gasket is required.

if they've only been torqued, not driven or anything, u can reuse the gasket and bolts
