Help identifiing crankcase parts

Engine: T2's and a VNT
Induct: Turbo
1/4: 0.000

My block recently gave out on my and I need to know what parts are in it. It was rebuilt in 96. I checked The dodgegarage.. but nothing matched up. The rods look like el cheap lightweights.
Rods

Main Bearings
0.25mm
Rod Bearings
0.50mm
I also can't find the proper number on the crank.. I'll we can see is
27938
11215
and 3AH
