are there any differances in the blocks in dakotas if so what are they ? are the bellhousing patterns the same?

Bellhousing's are the same
The only difference is one of the boss's on the rwd block is tapped
Yes you can easily tap and use a fwd block in a rwd truck

Problem with a turbo engine in that truck is the stock intake.. It puts the throttle body and such inside the firewall.. Could be a problem there.. I think a better bet for RWD 2.2 is a mid engine Fiero type setup.. I saw a twin engine Rampage that had that kind of setup in the bed.. Apparently it was very fast.

Thanx was just wondering about ways to play with the daytona thought about the mid engine set up saw a sand rail that was set up with a t1 setup it looked like a blast
