This is more of a general question...

Does anyone know of a place to have custom blocks made? I just had a weird idea. Custom 4.5 liter, large bore, V8 block. Then attach DOHC Neon heads. Could you imagine a high reving turbocharged MOPAR V8 in lets say a rwd shadow? It would be sick!

I would think that a place like Keith Black or Arias could probably make something for you, but be prepared to mortgage your house and sell everything you own. I can't see you getting one for probably under 15grand minimum. But that would be awesome I've had thoughts about a twin turbo northstar motor.
