rebuild help

i have a 89 turbo spirit motor that is locked up. it ran dry of oil. what should i do to rebuild it. i dont have that much money to fix it. what can i do for cheap to get it running again and give it alittle more power. please help me out

the bearings prolly all spun in which the machine work will be considerable ($$) it would be easier to get another motor in good working condition.
