Besides crossdrilling, is there any difference between the 87-88 T1 and T2 bare block?

some clarification would definately be helpful...i've read that the t2 had extra material for strength, and i've heard others say the early blocks are identical...

89+ had the extra material for strength, and are all the same T1/T2/T3(without the hole for a distributor)/T4 and N/A

88 and down there were two blocks, the Regular block that was used in all 2.2 Applications which is identical whether it's T1/T2 or N/A. But before 89 the 2.5 had it's own special block, the 2.5 Tall Deck

one more thing, N/As were not drilled out for the turbo oil return line... the boss is there just gotta drill it thru
