How much psi can a GLH-T take?

I'm just about to start my build and would like to know what is the SAFE limit for a GLH small rod T-1 with cast crank psi-wise? I've heard it's like 17psi if you would like long-term reliability. Thanks for your input and yes it'll be proper a/f, i/c, etc... Just need to know how much the bottom end and pistons can take!

my brand new stock mahle pistons cracked at 22 psi after 1500 mi. properly tuned 17-18 should be fine.
