What is the best block for a serious turbo build up?
The strongest block which can take the big HP.

The common block bottom end with forged cranks is the '89-93 2.2L turbo II, turbo III (DOHC 16V), and turbo IV (VNT cars). Stock they all have cast pistons (except the turbo III which has forged ones), and heavy duty rods.

These engines can be found in many cars, including Daytonas, Lebarons, Spirits, CSX's, etc
