I have an 87 GLHS with 2.2 t2. What drives the exactly drives the distributor? I can't get any good manuals around where I live, and have no time to wait for factory manuals to arrive. My distributor is not turning, and the distributor intself is OK. Thanks!

Check for a stripped/broken timing belt. The intermediate shaft drives the pump and distributor. That shaft is driven by the t-belt.
