Good info! This makes the third Mexican block dated 10/88. I have a 11/88 block now and recently sold a 10/88 Mexican block, 10/88 may have been first production date for the Mexican blocks. They must have made them into 90 at least as the previously mentioned 2nd gen van had one.

I am starting a list, one day it may help. So far early blocks outnumber later ones but virgin R/T's need to chime in. Seems to be hit or miss on the 16v cars. Is your car a virgin by the looks of it Bryan?

Yes, my car appears to be untouched.
Even the car fax showed only one owner (maybe 2) and never an accident.

The "C" is in the front of the block.
Month and year is in the back.

My uber block here doesn't have it. No letter at all down there. Maybe it's not such a bad thing to be missing it.

I just got a "C" block...came out of an 89' 4-door lebaron GTS TII 5-speed car. I remember seeing an 88' casting date, either 10 or 11. I'll be building this block over the next year or so.
