Why do our engines have a press fit timing belt gear. Theres no real reason. All jap. motors have a easy slide on gear. The crank bolt holds it in place and it cant go anywhere. If it didnt cost me I would machine the crank down a tiny bit to have a slide on gear. Why do I have these thoughts at 12.30 AM?
