Check out the engine components section over at FWDPerformance.com, there are a bunch of little things you'll need. Such as rod and main bearings, freezeplugs, rod bushings, intermediate shaft bushings. Possibly an oil pump (might as well replace it, cheap insurance). I'm in the middle of an engine buildup myself, and that's what I did. I also told my machine shop to tell me what to do with the block, they have far more experience than me (actually, I have no experience in bottom end engine rebuilds.. heh). So far so good, I think I'm only into it about $400 for the machine work. I've spent more than that for machine work on a head before.
