i spun the #1 rod bearing, pretty bad the bearing was pretty much gone (no thicker than a piece of paper). Is my crank re use able? will i have to use all over sized bearings?

Depends on the condition of the crank, which we ofcourse can't tell you without at least a picture. Even with a picture, there's really no way for us to tell. If you don't have the tools to measure it yourself, take it to a machine shop.
