my project it up and ready for a motor, Im debating to go forged pistons or go with new cast pistons.. Ill be running no more than 20psi..at the most, what about getting cast pistons an getting the coated? Or should I just get the forged pistons...and dont I have to run race gas after 20psi??

I would go forged if you are starting from scratch. There are people all over this thread running well over 20 psi with cast, but it just feels safer to me to run forged. Race fuel is not needed to run over 20psi as long as the timing stays down or like most people do run a crap load of fuel with extra injectors. You need to run a 3 bar set up for 15 psi and over on pump gas if you want to do it right.

Do it right, only do it once.

Just a safety note: a huge misconception on forged pistons is that they are totally bullet proof. They are no. A large amount of detonation can wipe out these pistons as well, so make sure things are right and knock is not present you you are attempting 20 psi.
