I would go forged if you are starting from scratch. There are people all over this thread running well over 20 psi with cast, but it just feels safer to me to run forged. Race fuel is not needed to run over 20psi as long as the timing stays down or like most people do run a crap load of fuel with extra injectors. You need to run a 3 bar set up for 15 psi and over on pump gas if you want to do it right.
