After blowing my headgasket last weekend, my 2.5L is filled with oilant in both the rad and the oil pan. Whats the best way to make sure everything gets cleaned out when I drain and refill the fluids after the gasket change? Would a simple backflush of the cooling system and an motor flush with a new oil filter along with an oil+filter change be enough?

Motor flush not needed. Keep the old filter on, drain the old oil, add 3 litres oil, 1 litre trans oil and run it till very hot, drain, change filter and refill with oil.
For you coolant, add some coolant flush stuff, run, then flush.

I wouldn't worry about the rad fluid in the oil, it'll burn off once it's up to temp. Just change the oil that's in the pan and you'll be fine.

Water will burn off, coolant won't. Flush it out, it destroys bearings!!!!!

Coolant goes straight to the pickup, displaces oil, when you change the oil, it'll be the first out, not a bad idea to change it twice though.

I used to drink chocolate milk, but it didn't taste anything like the milk that comes out of these motors (maybe the nipples went bad?).
