My 87 carb motor with 105 rounds on it, and a turbo on top has no pin noise, that supports 22dodge 's previous statements.

I believe all rods are forged arn't they? It's the crank in 2.2 TII cars that is forged versus cast in the 2.2 and 2.5 TI cars. also the 2.2 TIII cars got forged pistons from the factory.
