Check your lifters or HLA's. After you run it for a few secs, try to push down with a pry bar or whatever on the lifter side, if it moves down, your lifters are junk. If it doesn't move, then you have issues somewhere else in the valvetrain.

Would a lifter be more of a ticking sound? This sound is more like a deep knock.
I will try what you said and see if that is the colprate.. Thanks

No, you run it then check as the oil pressure pumps them up. Shut it off, wait a bit, say 10 mins then check, if they bleed down, there junk!
